Each week, our Keepersfit sessions offer a dynamic blend of activities inspired by the training routines of modern goalkeepers, and influenced by yoga, breathwork, team activities and mobility, all with a focus on enjoyable experiences.
Beyond the session itself, KeepersFit is a community where friendships are forged, support is offered, and memories are made. We encourage participants to stay connected through our socials, where you can share your experiences, seek advice, and celebrate each other's successes.

Warm-Up & Team Building
We kick off each session with a lively warm-up designed to get your body moving and your spirits high.
Led by our enthusiastic coaches, this time also serves as an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and build camaraderie through team-building exercises.
Skill Stations
Next, it's time to hone your soccer skills at our skill stations! Whether you're perfecting your goalkeeping techniques, practicing dribbling and passing, or engaging in friendly mini-games, there's something for everyone.
Our coaches provide guidance and support, ensuring that each participant feels comfortable and empowered to give it their all.
Challenges
Get ready to put your teamwork to the test with our challenges and obstacle courses!
From relay races to obstacle courses designed to challenge both body and mind, these activities are guaranteed to bring out your competitive spirit while fostering cooperation and communication.
Cool Down & Reflection
As the session winds down, we'll take a moment to cool down and reflect on the fun we've had and the progress we've made.
Our coaches will lead gentle stretches and provide encouragement and feedback, setting the stage for a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for the next session.
